This Privacy Policy explains how Towed Home, LLC d/b/a Tows Coffee Co. (“Tows Coffee Co.,” “Tows,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use Towscoffeeco.com, purchase our products, create an account, subscribe to recurring shipments, sign up for marketing communications, interact with us on social media, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with us collectively, the “Services”. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, do not use the Services.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We may request information such as your name, email address, order number, shipping address, or other information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity.
